Letter of Authorization

  1. Download and complete the Letter of Authorization:
    This form is needed to permit your utility to provide us with your electricity usage information — which we will then analyze to determine how we can best assist you.
  2. Send the completed form and a copy of a recent utility bill to OnDemand :
  3. OnDemand will contact you to discuss your electricity supply options. There is no obligation, and no cost to you.
