Julie M. Stinebiser is a Senior Utility Specialist for OnDemand. Prior to joining OnDemand, Julie held engineering positions with Westinghouse Electric, ABB and Duquesne Light Company. Julie analyzes our clients' bills to identify any potential savings opportunities. These include rate changes, third party procurement, power factor studies, and resolving billing issues. Ms. Stinebiser also acts as the liaison between our many valued customers and their respective utilities Julie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Pittsburgh.
